Am I fat? Does atkins or weight watchers?
Okay I'm about 5.4 i weigh a little less than 125 pounds, have an hourgl figure. I want to be about 100 to 110 pounds. What is the best diet? And how can i mix up my exercise? I am going to start running everyday(: Thank you guys
