Is there a doctor in the house?

I went to the doctor on wednesday i was diagnosed with bronchitis, he didn't give me any antibiotics, which is fine but he did give me a inhaler and told me to take paracetamol for my temperature, the thing is, its friday now and i still feel really awful my temperature is up and down and i ache all over, i was hoping that things would start to clear up by now, i have a pain on the left hand side of my upper back, especially when i cough, should i go back to the doctor? How long will it be before i start to feel better?
