A couple years ago there was an international pop star that looked like Borat, kinda, singing a song, dance type, regarding his and there were hot girls in the video with him. He also released a Christmas Album. If I had to guess, this was 2004-2006 timeline. The video contained footage of him at a nightclub, dancing in unison with other women who seemed infatuated with him. This is the best description I can give. Anyone know?
