How can I get to San Jose State University by taking bart and bus?

I live in Oakland but I would like to go visit SJSU. I have no idea how to get there, I have never been there before. I am planning on taking bart all the way to Fremont and getting off there, but I don't know which bus to take that can take me to San Jose. Does anyone know how I can get there? Please.
