Is emotional intelligence more important than mental intelligence?

Ya, well, don't lose your ability to be down to earth or show common sense, but knowledge is power. Gaining knowledge and experience at my job has made me more usefull, plus it is good to know what you are talking about when concerning things that may require reference. Plus, reason is important too, as well as emotion, so they are both important.
