Is it possible that Im pregnant? Please help!?

So I had unprotected on Monday, but I took the day after pill. I had spotting and my sort of period for a couple days but have been off for two days. I've been felling terribly sick to my stomach off and on. Could I be pregnant since it takes a while for the sperm to reach the eggs or am I definitely not pregnant because I had the period.
