I would do it. Andre Johnson is a top three fantasy football receiver. He's an elite talent and he had the most receptions (115) of any receiver in the league last year. Frank Gore is a top 15 or top 20 running back. If someone is willing to give up Andre Johnson for Frank Gore, pull the trigger.
