Can propane be used in a butane grill?

Propane and butane are not the same thing... they are both gases commonly used for cooking but their chemical formulas vary.. propane is C3H8 while butane is C4H10 but you might be able to use them interchangeably in your grill. But when in doubt check your owner's manual!
