How much of reservation(affirmative action) is okay?

there are quotas for race minorities,women,gays,........shouldn't there be quotas for linguistic minorities for those who dont know english because they do face discrimination...what about obese people?...for short people?..colorblind people?...dumb people?.....shouldn't there be quotas for all of them?
