Why can't I download from MegaUpload?

Okay I know about the "download limit" that's not the problem. The problem is once I get past the 45 second countdown I hit the download on, then the "downloads" thing opens up in Firefox but then it gets stuck at "starting". I don't know if it's a problem with the connect, a problem with the router, or maybe a problem with the computer. So any help is highly appreciated.
